Amarte Development Grant

I'm very grateful to receive the Amarte Development Grant for my pet cloning project, Cloning Joshi. The grant allows me to improve my storytelling skills and to collaborate with animal ethicist Bernice Bovenkerk from Wageningen University.

Limburg Biënnale
JUNE 2024
I'm thrilled to share that my work, Cat I and Cat II, has been selected for the Limburg Biënnale. In July and August, my work and other artists' art is on display at Odapark in Venray (NL).

Noorderlicht Photo Festival - Student Call

For the first time, my work is being exhibited outdoors! As part of the Noorderlicht Photo Festival Student Call, my photograph of Kelly with her cloned cat, Belle, is on display at Nieuwe Markt in Groningen, alongside works from other students.

Exhibition Atelier K84

What an opportunity to exhibit my graduation project, Unlimited Editions, enriched with new work, at this gallery. In October and November 2023, my work is showcased at Atelier K84. In the duo exhibition, 'Entangled Worlds,' visitors are invited into a world they have never seen before, exploring the theme of the manipulability of the natural world.

Exhibition Atelier Ferron

Together with a group of fellow Photo Academy students, I had the opportunity to exhibit work I made in Texas at Atelier Ferron in The Hague.
This exhibition was particularly special for me, as it marked the first time someone purchased one of my pieces.

Graduated!
MAY 2023 - LOODS 6, AMSTERDAM, NL
I'm excited to graduate from the Photo Academy in Amsterdam. One of the highlights of this journey was our graduation exhibition, where I presented my project 'Unlimited Editions.' Engaging in conversations on animal cloning enriched the experience, and seeing my work displayed was immensely gratifying. What a journey it has been!
