About
I’m a Dutch photographer and researcher based in a small town near Amsterdam. My long-term projects explore the complex, often conflicting relationship between humans and animals, with a focus on the extent to which we should capitalize on or preserve them. My work is grounded in psychological, ethical, and cultural research.
My connection with animals is deeply rooted. I grew up in an environment where they were considered beloved family members. I believe our interactions with animals reflect the human condition, offering insights into who we are and how we relate to the world.
I am a member of Split Collective.
